Interview Process

 

If you are interested in more information regarding a spot for your child please feel free to email the following....

• parents name and phone number

• child's name

• child's age and date of birth

• area or town parents live and work

• hours needed for care

• parents work hours  

 

If there is an open spot for your child's age you will be contacted by phone. If there is not a space you will receive an email about being placed on our waiting list

 

We require a minimum of two on site interviews for incoming families.  This is a time to get to know each other, your child to spend some time here, and share information between the family and day care.  We will talk about the services we offer and I will answer any questions you may have.

 

We work very hard to select the right families for admission into the day care. We try to spend time with each family to make sure it is a proper fit. 

 

The first interview:  Please make sure your child is able to attend the first interview. We do all interviewing at 6:00 p.m.  The first interview is usually about 30 minutes.  This is a casual meeting where we share general information and let your child explore.

 

The second interview: The second interview Is approximately an hour.  This interview is only scheduled if you decide you will like your child to attend.  Please bring the non refundable registration fee along with the filled out enrollment form. This is the time we will go through the policies of the day care and ask in depth questions about your child. You will receive and we will go over the Parent Handbook. Depending on your frequency of payments the first and last week are due at this time. If paying monthly two weeks payment is due at this time and the other two weeks prior to your child's first day.
